Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

• Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $120.00. For orders under $120.00, a flat shipping fee of $7.95 applies.
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for a flat rate of $15.00.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after leaving our fulfillment warehouse.
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after leaving our fulfillment warehouse.

Address Errors & Package Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before finalizing your payment. OluKaiShop is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, no modifications can be made.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the stated delivery date, and we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.
